Director of Product Marketing

Full-Time in United States - Remote OK

Role and responsibilities:

  • Generally - increase awareness of Brilliant’s services throughout our target market
  • Develop, execute and optimize email campaigns
  • Generate, run, and test product marketing campaigns for our SaaS product offering in particular
  • Create compelling content for sales enablement
  • Own our social channels - build content calendar and execute campaigns accordingly
  • Capture and report on marketing performance
  • Manage onsite brand assets to ensure content is fresh and relevant
  • Work collaboratively with our sales, client services, customer support, operations, product, and technology teams to best understand our product and our clients to help craft messages that support their needs
  • As the first marketing hire, we’ll look to you to adjust this role as you see fit

Who you are:

  • 7 + years experience leading high impact product marketing initiatives (ideally B2B + SaaS experience)
  • Strong writing skills, and a keen eye for design
  • Successful track record elevating brand perception and awareness through strategic and creative marketing initiatives
  • Tech-savvy enough to be able to understand, discuss, and dare we suggest market the features and benefits of consumer software
  • Experience working in a variety of marketing channels
  • Experience using data analysis, benchmarking, and user testing to make decisions
  • Articulate, creative thinker and problem solver
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to audit work for accuracy and quality
  • An ideas person that can also get stuff done
  • Someone who loves swag (particularly really great swag)
