Brilliant is looking for an Inventory Lead to join our warehouse team in Waukegan, IL.

We are currently looking for someone able to work the 9 AM-5:30 PM shift.
Duties:
- Assist Inventory Manager in leading day-to-day operations of the inventory team
- Train new and existing inventory team members
- Help analyze opportunities and make recommendations on areas of improvement
- Lead inventory cycle counts and projects as needed
- Assist with facility needs; such as stocking bathrooms, cleaning break rooms, etc.
- Opening and closing as needed
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- 6+ months experience in a leadership role
- Previous inventory experience
- Flexible with schedule; willing to work overtime when needed
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Able to prioritize and multitask in a high stress environment
- Proven ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with a WMS
